EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange any item within 30 days. (Our exchange policy does not include discount items or special ordered parts.) Simply email Stephanie@racing905.com or call 619-210-3787 with a brief explanation. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the exchange item back to Racing 905. Please include an invoice inside the box with a good contact number. Upon arrival and inspection of the returned item, we will promptly ship your new item. Please note, exchange items must be in their original, new, unused, unworn condition and must include all undamaged and complete parts. Please package the returned item(s) properly. When shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box, and secure with tape. Do not leave the parts loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted. Failure to follow these instructions may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return.

RETURNS

You may return an unused item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please be aware that all returned items would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We DO NOT accept returns on any custom made items or special ordered parts. Please contact Stephanie at 619-210-3787 for an explanation of the return item and to obtain an RA#. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Returned items must be in their original, new, unused, unworn condition and must include all undamaged and complete parts. Please package the returned item(s) properly. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
